Unlike most stocks with massive valuations, TSLA has higher volatility almost like that of a cryptocurrency. You can certainly make money going both short and long on TSLA. Te only thing that is guaranteed to wreck your portfolio is going short for the long term.

I totally agree. Volatility is definitely there and going short for any long stretch of time is a dangerous game to play
