Leodex is a DEX while Magi is a liquidity layer.
Leodex is more like Altera, our frontend and Leodex uses other liquidity protocols like Magi for their swaps. Chainflip, Thorchain and Maya, which is what Magi is comparable to.
Just to clarify on the difference.
