Totally, telling users to be perfect is lazy design, good systems expect folks gets tired and pressured like you said. In audits I see tools that nudge and lock by default beat the lecture stuff, and ADmin limits on spend or risky clicks save more users :)

yeah those audit examples make sense, default locks and spend limits could prevent a ton of dumb mistakes without the lectures
