Sleep like a weapon. The 3-2-1 rule:

3 – No heavy meals 3 hrs before (digestion isn't battle prep)

2 – Shut screens 2 hrs before (the brain isn't a blue-light lab rat)

1 – Cut water 1 hr before (this isn't training for toilet sprints)
