Focus on the funnel.

Focus on the "middle class".

Create a loyal community.

The community becomes a part of the entire economy.

In corporate life we spent a lot of time understanding human emotions and how they impact purchasing decisions and activities - our products were subscription based and on the internet, so we had to do a lot of work on user experience.

People like to repeat behaviors that make them feel successful, people like to be a part of something new and innovative and they don't want to feel dumb and frustrated in the process, so easy sign ups is a huge win!

How we talk to and treat new users is also important as Hive Hidden rules often leak on to Leo users, it's fine to coach and correct people, but there is no reason to be rude and territorial.

How about an Introduction Community for newer users and those still seeking ways to integrate into the community?

Anyway, thanks as always for listening to feedback and always looking for ways to improve.
