The timing on the IRS charges just makes me roll my eyes, I don't know much about Do Kwon, because I'd never heard his name prior to the UST collapse, but seriously the IRS only paid attention after the crash, so their credibility isn't any better.

Seems like a cash grab. Also, they don't really fit because it's all liquidity so how do you tax other people's money without reking a project?
