Well today Ihad some ground beef (we call it mince) in the fridge that needed cooking and used up, so I knocked up a rice and tomato meat sauce with mushrooms and courgettes ...

Courgettes are probably myfavourite veggie and you being so Americanised at times probably know them as zucchini ..
Wow! Good to know that they are your favourite veggie. Okay, I know zucchini but I haven't had a taste of it. But wait, do I act like an American? 😀
hehe I will rephrase it, there are Americanisms that Nigerians adopt such as zucchini.
Well, I think it is because it's what we mostly see it called online. I don't even know what it tastes like. At first when I saw it online while watching a recipe, I thought it was a different specie of cucumber.

It's Taco Tuesday. That pork was well cooked, the softness is out of this world.
Tacos are good. I like them.
They look delicious but I haven't had them. Maybe I'll make one someday.
