It's International Chefs Day!

For me, cooking is creativity. Some recipes are best left unaltered while some could be altered and recreated or developed for a better version. Whatever it is, just have fun cooking.

    Thanks for the insight. I think it takes a while before one can recognize which is which, I personally prefer to recreate recipes just for the curiosity of it :)
