Oh, that's good. Plantain is my favourite food, although I prefer fried plantain with delicious egg sauce. Now I feel like having some but I am craving boiled plantain and vegetable sauce.

When we talk about Mexican food, one of the first things that comes to mind is spicy foods hahaha...
Hahaha... it's good it is spicy (at least it has levels, LOL) not tongue-burning or mouth-burning foods (in this case, it just burns, LOL).

There are some people who would be eating and crying because of the amount of spices and chili peppers in the food. I highly dread, LOL.
