7. Pasta pomodoro, Italy
Pomodoro is Italian for tomato, so it’s no surprise that this fast, fresh pasta dish is basically just tomatoes and pasta. Sure, there’s typically olive oil, basil, salt and garlic in there, but the tomatoes are the stars of the show.
