FTX Claim Dashboard
FTX is under a bankruptcy claims process. Many creditors are trying to get back their money, which has long been tied to the bankrupt and corrupt crypto exchange. However, many cases are not clear, so it seems that many creditors have not yet received their assets.
As the Distribution Dashboard shows, the distribution dates for many creditors are still in the status of "TBD." No exact distribution date has been released yet by the bankruptcy trustee or claims administrator.
The thing that most concerns creditors is the Claim Status, which remains in a "Disputed" status. This means that some claim details or documentation are still under review and have not yet been reconciled. This "Disputed" resolution process seems to delay the entire claims progress and make it uncertain, making it difficult to calculate the total claim amount and the exact timing of claims.
There are four possible reasons for the "Disputed" that FTX has officially shared.
First, the Proof of Claim may still be under review and pending reconciliation.
Second, some jurisdictions may be under assessment and not yet clarified as eligible for redemption.
Third, if creditors received a partial distribution from FTX Australia, the rest of the claim amount may be under reconciliation.
Fourth, creditors for Liquid Global exchange should wait for recognition proceedings that are being processed in Singapore.
If your claim status remains "Disputed," you should probably wait longer and check for any missing information that you submitted for your claim. Check your emails later or any notifications from the dashboard. If you need assistance, you can contact FTX support through [email protected].
