Not a great deal but I should get into them more.

Of course, if you are outside the US, I would say most answer yes since Hollywood is still the major player.

I started watching movies from other countries as a form of "protest" to American cinema, but after I understood the real importance of this, I started watching them for pure pleasure.

To be honest, unless there is an actor I like, I will usually scroll by newer films and watch stuff 2010 or before.

I dont know if names are going to be important going forward. Hollywood killed the movie star. The ones we still have are old 60+ for the most part.

Because of that, people are going to look elsewhere. I think we might end up see AI stars in the future, like Nemo but lifelike.

It's an interesting perspective on this, but I think names will continue to be important (albeit behind the camera).
