Sunday saw the crypto market taking a huge hit. Even more so was the fact that altcoins took more major hits that the majors. But throughout the time, CUB stood strong!
It hardly flinched at all, and maybe experienced a small 3% drop in price all through the carnage.
What's the reason for this?
I believe it boils down to a few major reasons:
More hodlers than sellers: A large majority of us CUB owners are holders, not traders! Holders are not really much concerned with short term price movement, and rather prefer to focus on longer term price movements, in the order of 6 months to 1 year. This means that a 3% intraday drop won't flinch holders!
Strong community support: There are a lot of community members in the CUB finance community, and community members don't like seeing their investment go down. Therefore, if no one was selling, then no price was dropping!
Our community is very smart!
Because we see a future for CUB and see it being the greatest DEX token in a long time, we all just buy and HODL. Because what other way is there to become rich?

I think also that there is a roadmap with planned use cases and regular burns, this helps with price support. I have seen other yield farms on EOS yield 1000% initially only to fizzle out once the yields drop. I see more promise on CUB because of the long term plans for the coin, and the support of this community on LEO is very powerful.
