RE: What's Going to Stop the Decline of the Cub price?

Yeah I get your sentiment and the world is after all shifting.. in some positives ways.. in part due to collectives voicing their views to the power elite which run society.

The game here however is predominantly MONEY. So no matter how good people are here at putting their pennies to work on marketing, it's not really going to resemble anything attractive for what all these crypto projects seek to attract: Big Investors.

In the digital world too, IDENTITIES MATTER. In human systems in general really, people are always attracted to characters which lead and take risks and represent traits others wish to emulate. E. Musk for instance. Though I don't see him as a role model, I do see why so many do. Evidently he does also and he's playing those that follow.

Hive doesn't necessarily need someone like him, or anyone angelic. It would be a positive though to see someone OUT THERE shilling for Hive and not just a few unimaginative heads repeating the same crap to the already converted IN HERE.

Point is... who even knows about Hive out there and who even cares! This Hive is hidden under the rafters. I'm doing my part trying to give the nest a wack to stir up some action!

Sort:

Yeh good! Give the nest a whack! haha
But its good to have somewhere to focus those newly aggravated wasps!
Perhaps we should have a telegram for anyone who wants to lead a bit of a rebel marketing charge? I think a round table of our own would be pretty cool.... list a few topics to cover, make sure its got a vague structure so we don't just ramble on, maybe have a chairperson to mediate arguments a bit.... Im sure we could manage something amusing and interesting, and maybe even get some decent guests?

I guess maybe lets produce a full article about it so that we can propose it as a standalone post and try to get some community feedback on it?

I guess its handy to have a published document that describes the sort of thing we're imagining, so that we can always just redirect people to it instead of trying to explain it over and over. If people get engaged with the post and throw in their opinions then all the better but im no specialist on getting engagement. I don't spend a huge amount of time online and im not enagaged with most of the discord stuff, but ive made a few friendly aquaintances over the years and im certain it wouldnt be too hard to get guest speakers who might want to present some ideas etc.
Also Im guessing its good to use youtube as well as 3speak and any other platforms as well because ideally its not completely hivecentric but more an open discussion on crypto which just happens to be launched by the hive community and therefore naturally promotes the hive ecosystem. Dunno what you think.... but i think breaking out of the bubble is probably key from a marketing perspective (even if really we're just having fun!).
What would you say your ideal contribution would be? What do you like doing?

aha. interesting observations. Maybe it should really be a spanish roundtable! hehe
funnily enough I already tried to reach out to @meno who is a spanish speaker, and is also probably one of the best crypto talkshow hosts Ive heard on the blockchain! If it was a project he was interested in, that would be amazing. I guess it would just be a question of whether a team of us could do the organisational side so that he could just step in and be the gracious host without too much fuss... we'll see. Im not getting super active and trying to force a project in to life, I just think its a worthwhile line of inquiry and if a few people were interested it might be fun to take forwards. Im always game for the slow burn : )
