Today (on 2025.09.27) I saw a request of 100 Hive Power delegation for eight weeks, offering 15.07% APR interest rate (a total payment of 2.80 SWAP.HIVE, 0.05 SWAP.HIVE per day) on the lease market of the Hive Engine.
This was the current best offer for Hive Power delegation, and so far, in terms of APR, currently this is my best Hive Power delegation on the lease market of the Hive Engine, and it is more than my average curation APR, which is usually between 7% APR and 10% APR (currently it is 9.59% APR).
I decided to fill this Hive Power delegation request.
Currently I delegate 100.003 Hive Power to @youtobe.

The Hive Power delegation requests on the lease market of the Hive Engine are smart contracts (the payments to the delegators are guaranteed and automated).
Youtobe operates with quite large sums and sends most of what it earns to the mxchive account, which has over a million Hive? Something doesn't add up here.
