I have not used Binance so far, but I remember someone on Hive, who had a negative experience with it, but I currently do not remember his/her Hive username.
I used StealthEX many times in the past to buy Hive, and I am completely satisfied with it so far.
I would still use it, but this time it does not work for some reason.
