Welcome to another edition of last month's recap. And already a day late... It's been three months, and at the end of the first quarter, I'm already starting to see some of my goals getting closer. Let's see if I can achieve them by the end of the year.
A few minutes before President Donald Trump officially announced tariffs on all countries that export to the US, I can say that I'm particularly worried about how the economy will react. One thing is for sure, in addition to what exporters will suffer immediately, as of tomorrow, American consumers with less economic power will also pay directly. At the moment, the global economy doesn't seem to be able to respond to a more protectionist policy, but we could be wrong.
Now back to the main topic of this post. This month I've managed to increase my reputation by 0.13 points, whereas in the previous period I only managed 0.11. That's not bad! I'm still a long way from the 73 I wanted to reach by the end of May... it doesn't look like I'll get there until mid-September. The fact is that reputation doesn't increase arithmetically, but logarithmically, which makes climbing harder. Nothing like getting down to work.
As far as HP is concerned, I've only managed a 4.62% increase, and I'm now at 9013 HP... At this point I really need to improve the quality of my posts if I'm to get more HP.
In terms of followers, I've had an increase of a dozen! Fantastic! Many thanks to everyone, especially commentrewarder, ariscoco1, sissim72, music-community, arieswilly, rg2-photo and oswaldotorres! It's certainly one of the best things I've accumulated this month!
Of course, just yesterday I did a Power Up of 100 HIVE!

Bem vindos a mais uma edição da recapitulação do último mês. E já com um dia de atraso... Já passaram 3 meses, e no fim do primeiro trimestre, já começo a ver algumas das minhas metas mais próximas. Vamos ver se no fim do ano consigo-as alcançar.
A poucos minutos do anuncio oficial do Presidente Donald Trump acerca das imposições tarifárias a todos os países que exportam para os EUA, posso dizer que estou particularmente preocupado como a economia irá reagir. Uma coisa é certa, para além do que os exportadores irão sofrer de imediato, já a partir de amanhã, também os consumidores americanos com menor poder econômico também o irão pagar directamente. Actualmente a economia global não parece possível corresponder a uma politica mais protecionista, mas podemos estar enganados.
Agora regressando ao principal tema desta publicação. Neste mês consegui aumentar 0.13 pontos da minha reputaçã, ao passo que no anterior periodo tinha-me ficado apenas pelos 0.11. Já não é mau! Ainda estou muito longe dos 73 que queria atingir até ao fim de Maio... parece que não o irei conseguir até meados de Setembro. Um facto é que a reputação não aumenta de forma aritmética, mas sim logarítmica, o que torna as ascenção mais dura. Nada como meter as mãos ao trabalho.
Em relação ao HP consegui apenas um incremento de 4.62% estando agora nos 9013 HP... Neste ponto tenho mesmo que melhorar a qualidade das minhas publicações para poder conseguir arrecadar mais HP.
Em relação ao seguidores tive um aumento de uma dezena! Fantástico! Muito obrigado a todos e e em particular commentrewarder, ariscoco1, sissim72, music-community, arieswilly, rg2-foto oswaldotorres! É seguramente dos melhores bens que acumulei neste mês!

Nice power up! Keep chipping away at those goals, I'm sure you cross the finish line. The tariff talk worries a lot of people, and I think short term it will hurt. Long term it might actually be a good thing by levelling the playing field. Time will tell. Here in the US we desperately need to start producing goods here again. We need to start producing our pharmaceuticals as well. 90 percent of our antibiotics come from China. God forbid a war does break out over Taiwan, millions could die from lack of medications.
The world is a mess, hopefully in the end this will all work out. I'm hoping for the best anyway!
