Hello friends collectors and silver stackers. I love reading about other people's collections more than writing about mine but today I would like to show you a very special coin for me. It was my first Napoleon coin.
I'm not much of war coins or this type. I prefer buying coins with nature or cultural motifs. Although this one has a laurel wreath, it would not meet my requirements.
I bought it many years ago at a market that I went to with a friend who loves these war themes. It has a large collection of medals and other types of objects not only in silver. He also collects military suits, helmets, caps or jackets. He has a collection of amazing bomber jackets.
But I'm digressing. He also buys silver coins from war periods or emperors. So this encouraged me to buy this beauty and I keep a pleasant memory.
Another thing I like about this coin is its jagged outline and the legend "god protect France" written on it.
