These were quite large -200C for the most part - 215C the last 15 mins.
I have no idea what those temps are in "crazy measurement system" :)

About 400 degrees crazy 😝

I like the skins crispy.

It has been about 30 years since I have been in Australia - but I used to love the Sizzler potato skins :D

Even mashed with skin tastes way better. Unless you like it creamy and consistent.
