like you said, it's user friendly! something we need more of in Crypto. It's also a nice on ramp for fiat, so the critics can't complain too much

people tend to be a bit on black-or-white on these things, but there are shades of grey you can easily get comfortable with. I personally think BlockFi is a good platform, even though I understand why people dislike its centralised business model
