Bro, Curing land plot is a costly game, it requires plenty of DEC, cards, power source and etc.
I expect it will take around 6 months till phase 2.0, so not going for this right now.
Yes, it's good if you buy cheap plots and sell at higher price, otherwise wait. But, do your own market research as it's always up and down.
yes i agree with you buying cheap plot and selling them on higher price that will be good idea but curing land plot , need dec cards power , it is really costly way to harvest from plot , i am waiting for low price, price will come down . i have wish to buy 1 plot for long term curing

It depends on the available fund, but I guess the benefits will be more than the regular game. Do you earn SPS on surveyed plots?
no idea about sps earning on surveyed plot ? may be nft sps combine
