There is no doubt hive blockchain is one of the oldest and very well developed blockchain in the world which is very suitable for the development of decentralized social media applications and platforms
But now in the year of 2024 we have many other blockchains which are also created or designed for decentralized social media platforms and applications development like deso blockchain
Many new blockchains are created for the same purpose of developing decentralized social media applications but still nobody come close to hive blockchain. In the past few years hive blockchain is used for the development of decentralized platforms like @leofinance @ecency @splinterlands
I don't think any other blockchain have platforms developed or designed like above hive based platforms, hundreds of users are using hive blockchain based decentralized applications on daily basis that why we can easily says hive blockchain is the number one in this criteria or world of blockchain based decentralized social media platform
