That happened to my last two posts as well. I just logged a bug report with the team and hopefully they can fix it soon.

Are you sure you published via leofinance frontend?
I just checked and it was published via Ecency.
No after trying again and again I posted it from ecency
The UI still have some bugs so we should always have a copy of our draft elsewhere so when it fails to publish or get indexed, we can easily paste and post them again.
