What better day to post my first ever Leo Finance @leofinance post than on Hive Power Up Day #hpud? Many of my blog brands have to do with lifestyle, adventure, mindfulness, sports and (of course) beer! I am a business owner with finance on my mind every day so perhaps I will post finance/commerce/blockchain insight in its own post. Depends upon how well this first post goes ;)
Hive Power UP Day! #HPUD
I will have to assume you have come from many different places to read this article. The #hive community members will be familiar with Hive Powerup Day. This is the monthly day were we rescue $hive off exchanges, add it to our liquid $Hive in our wallets and power it up or stake it as you would.
I had the privilege of earning some $Hive for my posting and curating actions on the blockchain this month, and powered up 351 today. This will nudge up the value of my upvote, show my solidarity with the community, and lock a little more value into the blockchain.

Leo Finance!
Why it took me so long to post using the https://leofinance.io front end I will never know. I have known @khaleelkazi since my first days on the blockchain and supported him ever since. Perhaps I am a luddite having only recently started posting with anything other than hive.blog? I do like things simple but there are so many other great front ends to discover.
Recently, I was shooting the stuff with my friend and all around pimpin' Hive witness @enginewitty about the projects gaining steam and value. Of course we discussed @leofinance, @threespeak, and other hive-engine tokenized projects. Knowing, I had received an airdrop of $LEO in the beginning and curated plenty of great articles, I must have a few bucks worth especially seeing the incredible growth? https:leodex.io revealed to me the fact I have $355 USD worth of LEO alone! Something is going on here!

Marketing on Leo Finance!
As mentioned earlier, I run https://towncriermarketing.ca with @sequentialvibe, @shopstratford and another partner. We always had blockchain in mind as part of our progressive strategy, and have started to adopt it. We take Bitcoin for our services and will happily accept Hive when we onboard our share of the local masses.
Until then, we advise on blockchain in context with small business, and leverage Hive for the Search Engine Optimization gold that is a platform with so many global unique users linking back to the webpages of the businesses we support. That's a solid power up for the day that's in it. Terrible that you hav missed out on the start of leo but the best part is that your still one of the early adopters and have a nice stake without moving a finger.

I can't say I have missed out really as I staked the initial airdrop way back on STEEM and have been making sure to curate and delegate and talk finance from time to time.
Still, looking back on the kettle to see it has boiled while I wasn't watching, I can come up with some finance insight and finally branch out to use it as a front end.
