RE: When HIVE Drops, I Try to Stay Calm

in LeoFinancelast month

I think most people have 2 primary motivations for being on Hive. Financial gain and community.

When it comes to community (and the potential it can become,) we have real connections that have little to do with the spot price on the token. I find networking or connecting with more dedicated community members is a little easier when the profit seekers take a break.

When it comes to profit, posting now makes very good sense as well! Fewer people competing for a reward pool and you make way more Hive per dollar when it is discounted like this. Plus, for those who have been around a while, we know that there are highs and lows...and highs will come again as it always does. So, a post that earns $2 today will be worth $8 when Hive is back to $.25. The next run should have a value much higher than that so how much will earning now be worth then?

Now is a great time to ignore the price of Hive, maybe buy some on this huge discount, and enjoy the community.

Thank you, this is such a solid way to look at it. I’m here for both the community and the long term, and you’re right, the real connections matter even when the price is down. I’ll keep posting and enjoying Hive, and treat this period as a chance to build more. 🙏

Case and point, I have been here the whole 4 years you have and haven't discovered you til now! Followed and I will support with my tiny upvotes in this discount Hive season. ;)

Thank you, that means a lot! 😊 I’m really happy we connected now. And please don’t say “tiny” upvotes, support is support and I truly appreciate it. I’ll be around and posting more, see you in the comments! 🙏
