The Tesla Cybertruck is Elon Musk's answer to the midsize pickup truck market. The Cybertruck is not as prevalent as the Ford Lightning, and is largely a prototype vehicle that has a cult following among motorists.
The Cybertruck is made in the Austin, Texas Gigafactory and is a novel steel paneled vehicle with a range of 250-350 miles on a full charge. I have seen one Cybertruck operating between Arizona and San Diego, and it looks very cool.
Electric vehicles have been struggling to take market share from ICE vehicles, and a cyclical downturn in automobile demand hasn't helped Tesla.
