There is a glut of young MLS grads in my area, willing to work for peanuts. Also, life happened and family needed me to be flexible. Thus all my micro and online endeavors instead.
This is way more fun anyway! If I am gonna work for peanuts to start with I'd rather work for myself. At least I am building my own thing. Have a great day! 😄
