...it all started with the rock fellers and 'philanthropic' escapades back in the day.
'philanthropic' ,... bored elite working on there image ;-)
....the next power grab sector - after oil....nothing o do with image, all to do with tax breaks, and creating an industry that would dwarf oil revenues
