I am encouraged to see the several legal actions that have now begun to counter and end the ongoing institution of oppressive tyranny under the aegis of biosecurity contrary to the origin and evolution of humanity. I was originally dismayed early in 2020 that such seemed to not be in evidence, but I have had to come to terms with the massive leftist orientation of the Legal Industrial Complex Knowingly Aiding Serial Slavers (LICKASS), and now am impressed that dissident voices within it have managed such comprehensive and authoritative actions.
The Bernician action is indeed well based in historical precedent, and seemingly undeniable in it's formulation of legal argument and human rights as long established in courts of law that form the foundation of Western legal jurisprudence across the world. I yet realize that it is the intent of our oppressors to eradicate lawful jurisprudence today, and to subject us to a form of slavery that has never been tolerable by humanity, but ever has been sought by the predatory overlords seeking only their own aggrandizement.
This leads me to suspect that demonstrably corrupt courts will not suffice to avail the free people of the world the relief and standing requisite to our felicity, as many prior duplicities and frauds of jurisprudence reveal have established precedence heretofore. The seizure of neighboring lands by Monsanto back in the '90s after disseminating GMO pollen onto crops is one such example so glaring it seems impossible that courts could have undertaken it, yet it stands today as precedent indicting the dangerous alteration of our DNA through vaccinations inserting patented genetic material that Bill Gates has proprietary interest in.
Worse, the 13th Amendment to the US Constitution, that is supposed by many to have abolished slavery, but created a monopoly on enslavement by government, and this exception stands ready to be expanded to empower Bill Gates as the master of all humanity through the legal precedent established by Monsanto above mentioned. It is not outside of reasonable argument when considering a system of courts and jurisprudence that ruled the Democratic Party in 2016 had not acted unlawfully by selling it's nomination to HRC despite it's members choosing Bernie Sanders.
Let the freeman beware. But also, let the would be overlord tremble in fear, because in history no totalitarian tyranny has ever long stood. Without fail such oppression is inevitably overthrown by long suffering peoples, whose determination has only been increased by impediments to their success, and whose ire exacerbated by the depredations and harms visited upon them, until the fate of the vanquished predators is so brutal as to blanch even the most sanguine and hardened warrior.
I am confident of our eventual prevalence, despite appearances, or even seemingly overwhelming impediments, because I believe the fact of our recent freedom reveals, despite the neverending and ongoing schemes to disenfranchise free people for the profit of overlords, such schemes have always eventually been defeated, and people restored to sovereignty and felicitous society. History takes sides, and is on ours.

It's be nice if we could curtrail the direction we are heading in right now, to avoid even more oppression .
By instituting common law (this need a mass awaking/awareness) quickly - we could halt much of the pain that's undoubtedly coming if left unchallenged.
