I've heard almost nothing bad about visiting here other than the obvious things like the crowds. When you have something this famous, of course a ton of other people are going to be there. I think that is really great that they give locals, even local foreigners free passes every year. That was unexpected.

Yes, after you've lived here for two years, at least two years of time on your visa, I think consecutively. You don't have to actually physically be here, but have two years of visa time. They will then issue you a pass where you can visit all the temples for free as well. I believe that after five years, you can also apply for Cambodian citizenship.

Cambodia is a fairly interesting country with lots of possibilities and is developing fast. I think in the next ten years, it will be a force in Southeast Asia.

is it really easy to get a year visa in Cambo? I doubt the citizenship is that cut and dry although I have heard rumors that you can basically purchase citizenship anytime you feel like it. But people talk a lot of crap.
