Its not a new thing to see homeless people every now and then begging for alms, they are everywhere in the world. Some of these folks do take their pets to work, that fetches them more money as studies have proven people tend to pity the pets more and there are high chances of making more money.
But this guy took his Cat and Dog along to his begging Spot, the cat seems to be from Hollywood actor cos all eyes on it. I bet you would be moved to tip them all you have if not for anything but the dying act pose from this Tom Cat!
I would definitely tip the cat, but am pretty sure if I was right at the scene in the photograph, the cat would not be there. I say: Someone did a good job photoshop-ing. Check the grey outline; And perspective as well. Still, super funny :)
