The main thing I could sense from here and the reason I felt is behind it is that we all have our different ways of grieving. You might think it has been long enough for you all to move on but losing a closed loved one is not easy.
Maybe, everyone needs to come together, pour out their minds and stop pretending to be strong. Probably, that would help and you won't be tied down with their way of living which is behind your own pace
