Hello, everyone. It’s me again your @applejane and will share stories to tell.

On weekends, me and Kharolean do some cardio exercises. Since we wanted to be physically fit, we just do some walking so that it won’t be too hard for our selves to maintain our desired weight. I am very happy because we have like this kind of hobby like walking until we achieve 10 thousand steps. We then texted to each other if where and what time do we go. I think it would be nice if I warm up before going out to the house. It’s nice to have a friend that can make you feel you are good in any ways.

Kharolean then got me. I rode at her motorcycle. We decided to walk at a different place since it is boring if you walk in the same place as everyday. It was my first time to walk in that place. I was nervous since there are many strangers that was surrounded when we walked but we don’t know who they are so we just kind our business in doing our activity. We are happy because we walk like this like before. Since classes is almost here, we just go with the flow. Doing some cardio is a big thing for us.

After we achieve 10,000 steps, we then took a photo for memories because memories is a big thing for us. We live and learn about the moment that we have. I am happy and proud that I have a bestfriend like her.

From this moment, I was tired but still continues on walking. Walking gives me joy since everytime I stayed at our home feels like depressing. And it’s good to have a habit like this. May this moment of ours will always filled with joy.

Wow, that sounds like a fun and healthy weekend of yours. I also have that kind of friend planning to do something but end up into just planning haha.
