I don't understand why people...behave like this.
Failure to repay personal loans is so common nowadays. One common reason people behave like this is because whenever you lend them money, they believe it's because of their sense. They think they are wiser than you. So, they don't even plan to repay the loan. And that is the way they leave their lives_moving from one point to another in search of who they're going to cheat next.
@jenthoughts, sometimes it's not because they don't have the money to repay you. It's because they don't want to see you progress. They want to see everybody suffering in mediocrity just as they do.

Oh this is the very sad reality @audigital . Oh you're right, the crab mentality of the people is also the reason.
It's very sad that when they lend to others, they won't pay and they won't borrow again and try to lend to others too. Not only one is their victim but many.
