RE: Weekend-engagement topic week 45: Only three items [answer and win hive]

So. It just looks like I'm wasting time to get my answer just where I want it, but you actually chased me down another rabbit hole (from my past a ways) with your musical selection.

First one here shares the background with your selection. The second one is with Carlos Santana 10 years ago. Carlos is as old as I am, just for the record. I think your video is shot at Salton Sea, California. I don't think Paradise Valley Estates is what that sign actually says...

Rabbit holes huh? They can be both enjoyable and frustrating. That's a great track is it not?

I got yer rabbit hole...

Heheheh. Juss yankin yer chain G-Dog. Soooo effin tired here. 4 am (er) till 3 pm (er). 8:31pm now and fighting droopy eye syndrome...

Gonna have to crawl in a hole here and sleep on this one. Regroup and reload in the AM. Night my Brother from Down Under.!!

I love that gif. Ah the memories...

Get some sleep mate...I'll catch you after when you're feeling human.

That's a crazy looking scenario but one hell of a gif. Curious but why is it one bullet loaded at a time? Or is that for show or something. It seems odd lol

The one bullet at a time thing is situational. For example, if I am competing I use the magazine so I can simply work the bolt and load a new round. Magazines empty though and so I generally have a couple rounds in a round-holder stick right next to the ejection port which gives me a couple extra rounds I can single-feed into the rifle if I need an extra shot or two to complete a stage as it can be a little quicker to do than remove and reload a new magazine. In the field it's unlikely that would happen in any situation except the most dire. Also, magazines fail at times and one will simply single feed from there to keep up one's operational tempo. There's other reasons though.

The rabbit holes are crazy sometimes lol
