Empezó el fin de semana, ya podemos descansar un poco.

Ya que hoy estoy descansada, les quiero contar el porque me he ausentado de mi blog durante casi una semana.
Estuve lejos del blog debido asuntos de salud. Gracias a Dios, dentro de lo que cabe nada tan grave.
Since I am rested today, I want to tell you why I have been absent from my blog for almost a week.
I was away from the blog due to health issues. Thank God, as far as I can tell, nothing too serious.
Desde hace varios años sufro de rinitis, no era tan grave, pues con un antialergico podía controlar, pero desde finales del año pasado las alergias eran más seguidas, puedo durar hasta una semana con muchos estornudos. Esto es bastante desagradable, y ya los síntomas no solo eran estornudos, ya se sumaba dolor de cabeza, lagrimeo e inflamación de los ojos y la cara.
Ya esto no se trataba de una simple rinitis, por lo que al obtener algo de dinero decido visitar al otorrinolaringólogo.
For several years I have suffered from rhinitis, it was not so serious, because with an anti-allergic I could control it, but since the end of last year the allergies were more frequent, I can last up to a week with a lot of sneezing. This is quite unpleasant, and the symptoms were not only sneezing, but also headache, tearing and inflammation of the eyes and face.
This was no longer a simple rhinitis, so when I got some money I decided to visit an ENT specialist.
En este instante empezó la odisea, jaja. Realmente no pensé que ir al medico seria tan difícil. Conseguir al especialista estuvo complicado, ya que en mi estado solo contamos con 3 especialistas en otorrinolaringología,y 2 estaban de vacaciones. Por fin conseguí la cita, y el martes pude salir al medico.
At this moment the odyssey began, haha. I really did not think that going to the doctor would be so difficult. Getting the specialist was complicated, since in my state we only have 3 ENT specialists,and 2 were on vacation. I finally got the appointment, and on Tuesday I was able to go to the doctor.
Luego de la revisión la Doctora a determinado que lo que tengo es una rinosinusitis aguda (infección de los senos para-nasales) para lo cual prescribió el tratamiento correspondiente pero aun bajo vigilancia medica. Ya que últimamente he tenido reacciones alérgicas con algunos analgésicos y con antialergicos. (Algo bastante raro pues anteriormente estos medicamentos no me habían causado reacción)
El día de ayer compre los medicamentos, luego de recorrer todas las farmacias de mi ciudad. Es difícil encontrar las medicinas en cualquier rincón de Venezuela. Al punto que dentro del tratamiento necesito una jeringa(para realizarme lavados nasales) algo tan simple como eso y no lo hay. De resto he iniciado el tratamiento y mi cuerpo a respondido bien, la Doctora muy amablemente ha esta vigilando como me he sentido, me escribe una vez al día para ver como voy. Una excelente profesional.
After the examination the doctor determined that what I have is an acute rhinosinusitis (infection of the para-nasal sinuses) for which she prescribed the corresponding treatment but still under medical supervision. Lately I have had allergic reactions with some painkillers and anti-allergic drugs (something quite rare because previously these drugs had not caused me any reaction).
Yesterday I bought the medicines, after visiting all the pharmacies in my city. It is difficult to find the medicines in any corner of Venezuela. To the point that within the treatment I need a syringe (to perform nasal washes) something as simple as that and there is none. Otherwise I have started the treatment and my body has responded well, the doctor has been very kindly monitoring how I have been feeling, she writes me once a day to see how I am doing. An excellent professional.
Hoy me sentido un poco mejor, a pesar de tener un poco de alergia. Con el favor de Dios iré mejorando y podré estar de nuevo por acá.

Yo también sufro de rinitis @carmenm20, un año fue tan fuerte que los dolores de cara, porque son dolores de cara y no de cabeza eran insoportables, encontré una doctora que me trato como por dos años y mejore mucho, lamentablemente se fue del paisa, así que te comprendo perfectamente cuando dan esas crisis es algo insoportable.
Horrible @actioncats aquí estoy con alergia. Me duelen las costillas de tanto estornudar. Pensé que se me iba a pasar al tomarme el remedio esta tarde, pero no fue así. 🤧
A mi me duele la mitad de la cabeza y la cara también.
Lo bueno es que mejoraste.
Es que no veo que te mandaran un push de son que uno se aplica en la nariz eso ayuda a botar toda esa cochinada que se tiene allí, el rinolast lo tome y otros de hecho no se si guarde los récipe si los consigo te paso por privado la información
