Thanks to the measures imposed, the number of people infected by this terrible virus was slightly reduced. During that time, we stopped going to work and worked remotely. We lived in constant anxiety, as we only left the house to buy food or medicine
I also remember that through social media, we learned about acquaintances and friends who had contracted COVID-19. They used the internet to ask for help raising money to pay for treatment and to cover the cost of the oxygen required by patients infected with this disease. On several occasions, I contributed some money for the treatment of these people who needed our help.
As you know, it is very expensive to get sick in our country at the moment. Whenever a friend asks for help, my family and I have lent them money, and when tragedies such as floods occur, we collect used clothing in good condition to give to those affected. Similarly, this type of activity is carried out in the schools where I work, doing our bit to help those in need.
On the other hand, not long ago, a harvest was held to raise funds for a neighbour who was ill with cancer. We supported this noble cause by purchasing cake and soup.
