I and my family went to a Villa to spend one of our weekends recently. I thought of sharing the beauty of this place with you all. This is a place called Korukawa, and its meaning is Kalu River. This place is located just next to the Kalu River.
Firstly, I should share the quality of their service during our weekend. They confirmed our food choices for all the dine-ins beforehand. Then they provided really yummy, hot, and refreshing foods. Some of the foods we chose are shown below.
Further, this place is really calm and since we were the only people there, it was really relaxing to be emerged in the experience fully.
The rooms are fully furnished with A/C facilities and a picturesque view behind the curtains of our rooms. Some rooms have private balconies and one room didn't have one and you can choose as per your choice. But I recommend the room without the balcony because that room had the best view, which I have shown below.
Bathrooms and other services are amazing as well.
On the night we were staying, we chose to have a little gathering while singing, dancing, and chatting. So, they provided us snacks as per our request and gave us the little bar area for us to prepare whatever cocktails or mocktails and other drinks we wish.
So, I'll add some more pictures to see the beauty of this place, and this place is located in the Panadura area of Sri Lanka. The road to this place was a little tough at the time, but I think now they have repaired it. You need a vehicle at least a three-wheeler to get there. But it was definitely worth it, with all the calm surrounding, hot dishes, and cute art pieces hanging all around the place.
All the manmade pieces and natural beauty of this place, enhanced our experience. Enjoy your weekend as well.
