Yeah, we have lots of different crabs! They are sadly mostly invasive. We have one or two native species but those can only be found in the ocean, not on the rocks.
Crab is popular here too and expensive, but mostly because it's the big crabs you can eat. The small ones like this, I guess you probably could eat them but nobody does, even Asian people I've seen who will eat a lot of things, don't eat these crabs. I don't know if they are gross, but the birds love them LOL
