Oooo that is quite a distance! Do you have any app telling you how many steps have you made? I have one and I always strive to reach that 10000 steps mark daily as it is supposedely recommended . It's cool that you managed to make time and be with your thoughts while also taking this long walk G., I am sure that you feel much better after this
