My trip to the beach in Venezuela is absolutely wonderful. And it is simply wonderful because after a long time without taking a vacation it is something I was longing for.
Its combination of beautiful beaches, sunny weather and relaxed atmosphere make it an incredible destination. First, the beaches are simply spectacular. The sand is soft, the water is crystal clear and the view is breathtaking. It is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and taking a refreshing dip.

The atmosphere in Choroní and Morrocoy although they are on opposite poles are very welcoming and friendly. There is a real sense of community, and the locals tend to be very hospitable, plus they are towns that live cheerfully and rumba all year round, as if it were always a vacation. In addition, the colorful architecture of the place gives it a very cheerful and picturesque atmosphere.

The food in Choroní is also something not to be missed. There are a variety of restaurants offering local delicacies, from fresh fish to typical dishes. The combination of fresh and authentic flavors is simply delicious and of course my friend and I did not go on any kind of diet this weekend because we simply wanted to enjoy the weekend to the fullest.

Besides, we love nature, we make a good connection with it and with a beer in hand is always the perfect plan, there are options for hiking and exploring the surroundings of the village.

The Plaza Bolivar is a central place where you can enjoy the colonial architecture and lively atmosphere as well as many clubs that have very comical and sculptural statues of Venezuelan women.

This club is fabulous and around the pool there are some sculptures, giant aquatic animals that are ideal for playing with pictures.

In short, Choroní is a perfect destination for those seeking natural beauty, a relaxed atmosphere and the warmth of Venezuelan culture. Definitely a place worth visiting!
I saw how the guy at the bar prepared the drink I asked for, and I left the preparation for the person who wants to try it this weekend.

For an evening piña colada you will need:

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 4 oz of coconut cream
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish.

Now, in a blender, mix the rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and a few ice cubes. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy! Then pour the mixture into a tall glass.

to the front, up, in and cheers!
