Nature gives us beautiful landscapes in all corners of the world, I took this photo a few years ago, on a tourist walk in the Sierra Nevada de Mérida, one of the Andean States of Venezuela. I like this photo because it shows the harmony of a small town called "Apartaderos", with nature, in the middle of mountains and sunsets with thick fog.
A nice looking spot. I'd like to explore those mountains a little, do some hikes. Did you stay here for long?

If this place has some very beautiful places, and some incredible walking routes, I only stayed a few hours, but I hope to return ... I hope you get to know it ... it's worth it!
It looks like an interesting place, although a long way from Australia. Maybe I'll get to visit someday.

Losing hope is something that can happen to us all, however if the reason not to lose hope is strong enough we will find the reserves of strength, courage and ownership to hold on to hope and actively move ourselves towards those goals.

Oh, it's beautiful! We have the Sierra Nevada here in the US, too. The border between California and Nevada. Glorious mountains and alpine lakes.
I don't have to travel very far to be able to see the Sierra Madre in Mexico...
What a privilege that you don't have to travel to enjoy those majestic mountains.
I have to go east about 100 miles or so. They are in the main body of Mexico and I'm just north of Baja. But I have a couple of pictures (I think) I'm either getting better at knowing where my photos are or luckier :)
