A good listener is an influencer
It a weekend again.
It's Time that we have a good time with our loves ones..

Do you know somebody that can listen very well can influence.
Let me tell you a short story. It was on Monday
We had a meeting about how to expand our business..
So we had our first board members meeting.
So we started..
Questions was asked..
People started making noise with their answers. The first person stood up and talk how we can move the brand to the next level..
We where seven..
What surprise me was when it was the time for the last person to speak..
He stood up more boldly..
He said something that gad everyone dumbfounded..
So after the meeting , I walk close to the man.
We talked about 30 mins..
I asked him how do you came up with such brilliant ideas..
He told me that he got the ideas from us.
I was surprised..
What!!!
He pulled it down for me..
That I should learn how to listen and learn from what others are saying..
The following day..
Our second meeting people were looking after him to conclude the meeting..
All this happened because he is a good listener..

Final Thoughts
you want to positively influence others, operate from your sphere of influence. Operate from your place of expertise. Leave everything else to others. Gone are the days when being a jack of all trades is celebrated.
Most people appreciate brands that understand their target audience and then deliver on what that audience wants. When you focus on what you are uniquely gifted and qualified to do, and then offer that gift to the people who need it, you are likely more effective. This effectiveness is attractive.
You cannot positively influence others if you are more preoccupied by what others do well versus what you do well.

An individual who has a good.listening skill have the opportunity to gather ideas while engaging the idea.
Hence, that man influenced you greatly. It is more rewarding to listen that to talk..
No one could even observe that the man hot idea from you. It means you have one way or the other influenced him positively.
