RE: If You Don't Know Now You Know

Oh! And I disappeared off the platform, just when you answered. Did you find a house yet? Now, I have to run over to your place to see if you have posted. I am such a slacker in the last few.

My weekend was awesome. Went over the house on the shore and mowed the grass and then lazed at the beach the rest of the time. Oh, don't feel bad, it is a riding mower because three acres takes too long to mow. I got a little burnt, fair-skinned, and blonde, dangerous combo with hot sun, but, the next morning, it had toned down to nice color. The things that make us satisfied in life, right?

I have 500 Hive just sitting and now I am afraid to power up because nobody is. Seems like they are all in a holding pattern and all I want to do it power up and get this parting rocking. So disappointing to watch it go down, but, I have decided to be optimistic.

My thumbs say they have done their part in keeping the conversation up, no matter how late I am!

3 acres on the beach? What beach? Big pimpin.

To be clear, it is not on the beach but 5 minutes from the water. That's good enough for me because too many tourist are right on the beach. It is on the Virginia Coast. I am not sure if you are familiar with the little tiny strip of land that has Delaware Maryland and Virginia in it on the shore. If you are in Virginia Beach and you take the tunnel North you come out on the other side of a peninsula. It's on there and it is amazingly beautiful and not at all overcrowded. I love it but I could never live there full time.

I know exactly where you're talking about. Very nice. We were just through there actually, stayed in Virginia Beach. This would've been about April so it rained all three days. Didn't leave the room.

'Ah, shucks!' 🤫

April showers and all that. Yes! You took Route 13 all the way down to the Bridge-Tunnel. It is nice out there and peaceful. I had a summer house on the Canadian Border on Lake Superior and this made more sense as it was closer to Connecticut, so I could go home.

It is small-town stuff, nothing like Virginia Beach, although Rehoboth Beach and that area are pretty fun. After being in Washington DC all week, I don't mind nothing to do. :)

Did you see a house you liked? Better get one before the interest rate goes up.

My God it's everywhere. I was just reading this am the Fed plans to increase an originally projected 2% to now 3.4% by the end of 2023.

Uhm. That's in uh.. less than two years.

And negative, we have not. Lost two bids but weren't real comfortable with them anyway, kinda long shots but worth the trigger.

Have we already talked about why you're in DC? Let's do. I've been in DC twice, spent a weekend there once. This is at least 15 years ago now. Both times, all I can say is nobody looks like me. Mainly because I don't work out in suits, sleep in them, mingle and dine in them. Dayum! Everyone wears a suit in DC, the children, women, yoga instructors, suit suit suit and they all got phones attached to their head.

Identify yourself - what's your purpose in DC? 😉

And your properties. Just for personal or do you rent/lease as well?

On your mark, get set, Go!
