One of the best hotels in the state of Yaracuy in Venezuela there is no doubt that is the hotel, park and spa Antigua Mision, has a category of 3 stars in excellence, I had many intentions to visit before, but for reasons of life did not have the opportunity, but the wait is over, we decided to celebrate a very special day on the weekend, for the great reason of celebrating the birthday of my mom, we spent a day at the hotel pool, we toured the place and tried the restaurant food, this time I will share this beautiful moment with the users of this community.
We arrived at 8:00 am in the morning with all the spirit to spend a day with family, I went with my brother Ale and could not miss the birthday girl my mother, we arrived at the hotel reception where the lobby is very nice with huge pictures on the walls, antique chairs with good condition, books with illustrations of plans, worthy of a luxury hotel, we took the opportunity to take some pictures, plus the fountain that is behind the glass counter, the rules of the place are that you can not bring food or personal drinks, or animals can swim in the pool.
The entrance fee per person was $ 5 $ dollars for the whole day, as it is called "full day" service in my opinion very economical for the quality of the place with this category, we went through some corridors that led us to the pool, there we sat at some tables with umbrella at the edge of the water, very close to an artificial fountain that pumped water where it gives a relaxing view and sound to the site.
As we had arrived early we decided to walk around, as we were very impressed by the whole structure of the resort that we had never visited being recent from the state, we asked the caretaker where we could walk, the very kind man told us about the services of walking through the park tropical flora, stay at the hotel, tree climbing, pimpall, mini golf, and other attractions that the hotel had, but as we only went for nothing in the pool could walk around the nearest surroundings.
We went around the buildings of the rooms, where we saw several exotic flowers, such as helicolinas, also walk around the minigolf that was nearby and besides seeing the trees that top most of the hotel, we noticed that little by little people were arriving to walk around, some were coming out of their rooms, We also took the opportunity to take some pictures, after finishing the walk the guard told us that we should lose the bracelet they had given us at the entrance because that is proof that we were only paying for the pool area and we could not go to other places, so we decided to stay near the table to go for a swim.
We decided to put on our bathing suits to take a nice dip, since the heat was starting to be felt, I personally love to swim in the pools, then I am more of a fan of the rivers and lakes then at the end in my top was to go to the beach, it is very cool, but it is not my priority to enjoy, the best moment of the day was swimming all over the pool which was with a nice cool temperature about 22 degrees big enough to make some good dives from end to end, we spent the day talking, reminiscing and even dynamic lagoons inside the pool that we died of laughter for several times.
After midday, several groups had already arrived to also spend the day at the hotel pool, we got hungry, we asked for the restaurant menu to know what they had to offer, after looking we decided to order a pizza with double cheese, a special beef burger with a portion of fries and a few beers, after a while, the food arrived and we could have lunch, the portions were a little small, the prices were a little high, but all the dishes were very tasty.
We spent the rest of the day swimming in the pool, enjoying the day to have a great time and cool off from the heat, when the afternoon hours passed, we decided to go home, without first strolling through more places in the park hotel, we could miss the photo on the facade of the entrance, Also inside the park is the fountain with some very large and colorful Koi fishes, outside are very peacocks that are part of the fauna of the place in addition to some red monkeys, it is totally beautiful the combination of nature with the modern hotel.
