Greetings, dear Hivers.
In challenge 287, selection:
What makes you laugh and what makes you cry? Give some examples and explain them.
Meaningful moments become unique and eternal in our memories. For the smiles that light our way and fill our lives with light, and for every sincere expression of affection that we gratefully cherish in our hearts. For all of this, and for what is to come, it is worth enjoying and blessing the beautiful gift of life.
I believe that our gaze conveys our feelings, as the saying goes, "the eyes are the mirror of the soul," and that our mood reflects the brightness of our eyes.
Life is full of ups and downs; therefore, we must be humble and empathetic. Today you're on top, tomorrow you may be at the bottom. These are circumstances that shape our journey, teaching us to value each step; everything is a lesson.
Being surrounded by family and friends, feeling that warm support that comes from so much time spent together, overcoming obstacles hand in hand, forms a bond so strong it surpasses even blood ties—unusual but true! Stories straight out of a novel come to life, and in my opinion, they represent the greatest wealth we possess. Amidst laughter and hugs, the reward of jokes, achieving goals, appreciating reciprocated love, and sharing magical moments like birthdays, weddings, baptisms, and Christmas, there's a reason to laugh, and even more so now with the arrival of my baby. It's a complete blessing.
However, the other side of the coin is sadness, which no one escapes. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, which is never truly overcome; we only learn to cope with their absence, with pain in our souls; the separation or romantic frustration of having given everything and not being loved in return; detachment; a lack of self-love; finding a job that matches our studies; or even being rewarded with a job that offers financial improvement—these are situations that strike at the heart.
Crying helps us release emotions and, therefore, see life differently. Of course, support is needed to avoid falling into depression.
It's worth noting that sometimes we cry tears of joy, for fulfilling a long-held dream that is possible with faith, consistency, and perseverance, or simply because we're in a sensitive phase that makes us cry. This is especially true for women, particularly because of their periods, which only we truly understand, with their abrupt mood swings. Patience, gentlemen; some days are better than others. (Hehe)
The good thing about these periods, if we analyze them positively, is that we can experience spiritual growth if we allow it. This helps us grow and understand that everything happens for a reason and that what is meant for us will eventually arrive. We should value every moment we live.
The essence of each person lies in handling every situation in the best way possible and leaving a lesson in that heart and in our followers.
See you next time. Happy Sunday!
I used Canva and the DeepL translator since my language is Spanish.

I agree with this too. A lot of people tend to see crying as a display of weakness but I don't see it as such. Just like you said, it rather helps one to release emotions and be able to let go of some certain things.
That's right, it helps us drain all our feelings so that we can then rise up stronger.
Thank you for stopping by.
Best regards.
Eggxactly 👍.... You're welcome 🤗.
Have a great week ahead 💙.
Your words are very insightful in showing us the value of letting go of emotions to grow along the way.
Hugs!
