I am not too worried about my own health(I should worry about it more probably). Still I would like to lose a few kg. But I worry about my mother's health because she is getting older. And she needs to lose way more kg than me. So for a while at least I stopped buying cakes and fruit juices(it seems that they also have a lot of sugar) and now buy more fruits and berries.

Fruit juice has one of the highest sugar contents out there, yummy, but only good in small amounts. And cakes? I fucken love cakes. I hardly ever eat them though, or anything with sugar in it really.
