My grandfather at times used to forget who we are or where he is. That seems like a terrible fate. Still I am not sure what would be worst: losing my memory/ mind or getting paralysed. I think that both those scenarios are equally bad. My memory is already weird. Without photos I don't remember how my dad or grandparents looked. And I think that I would have very hard time describing how my mother or our neighbours look. But when I see them I still recognise them so it is not that bad. Not remembering who are my closest people or even who I am would suck. I think that being paralysed is self explanatory...who would want to be trapped in bed?

Do you do anything to try to improve your memory?
I try to memorize some passwords. Sometimes I remember them well. But sometimes I have to look them up. also some years ago I liked solving crosswords.
There's memory exercises to help, you should look some up.
I have once fall down and couldn't forget memories
