Solving unemployment is really a great move by you. Its a global problem. I really even admire the desire to improve the situation of employees. In my area, the few that are employed are not gainfully employed - working very long hours and tasking jobs without a corresponding income level is a sad thing. Teachers are firmly in this group. They are the one of the most under-paid in the civil service. I hope something improves their lot and that of many others in this situation.
