One should never be too predicable I think. Not only does it allow people to take advantage, it also doesn't help growth and development. Being set in ones ways leads to comfort and comfort leads to acceptance and possibly failure to push forward. I'm more of a continuous improvement kind of man and so I'd say I'm not predictable...Ever-changing is probably a better term.
